1. Acceptance

By accessing or using AgentForge ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgentForge is an online education platform that provides courses, templates, community access, and resources related to building AI agents. We offer three subscription tiers: Starter, Pro, and Business.

3. No Income Guarantees

Important: AgentForge is an educational product. We do NOT guarantee any specific income, revenue, or business results. Any earnings examples, projections, or case studies shared on our website, emails, or community are for illustrative purposes only. Your results depend entirely on your skills, effort, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control. There is no guarantee you will earn any money using the techniques taught in this program.

4. Account & Access

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
One account per person. Sharing login credentials is prohibited
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms

5. Payments & Billing

Starter: One-time payment. Lifetime access to course content.
Pro: Monthly subscription. Auto-renews until cancelled.
Business: Monthly subscription. Auto-renews until cancelled.
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
Payments are processed securely by Stripe
You authorize us to charge your payment method on the billing date
EU customers: 3D Secure authentication may be required

6. Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Email hello@joinagentforge.com with your request. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Conditions:

Refund applies to the first payment only
After 30 days, no refunds are offered for the current billing period
You may cancel your subscription at any time; you retain access until the end of the billing period
Abusive refund behavior (repeated purchase-and-refund) may result in account suspension

7. Cancellation

Pro and Business subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
Cancel through your account dashboard or by emailing support
After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
Starter tier has lifetime access — no cancellation needed

8. Intellectual Property

All course content, templates, code, and materials are owned by AgentForge
You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials
You may NOT: redistribute, resell, share, or publicly post our materials
You may NOT: clone, scrape, or systematically copy our website or content
Code templates provided in the course may be used in your own projects and client work
Violation of IP rights may result in account termination and legal action

9. User-Generated Content

Content you post in the Skool community remains yours. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the community platform.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Share your account credentials with others
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service
Attempt to bypass security measures or access controls
Post spam, malware, or harmful content in the community
Harass, threaten, or abuse other members
Use the Service for any illegal purpose

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding:

Uninterrupted or error-free access
Accuracy or completeness of content (though we strive for both)
Fitness for a particular purpose
Results or outcomes from using the materials

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentForge's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first at hello@joinagentforge.com to resolve any disputes informally. If we cannot resolve the issue, disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the jurisdiction where AgentForge is registered.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
